Recreate The Battle Of Helm’s Deep With Prime 1 Studios 1/4 Scale Legolas Statue

Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings trilogy of films is memorable for many reasons, from the action to the special effects to the characters that resonated with thousands of movie fans. One of the coolest of those characters is of course the master archer Legolas, brought to life by actor Orlando Bloom. Prime 1 Studios has announced and placed up for pre-order a new 1/4th scale statue of the heroic elf and it is a must-have.

Based on Legolas’ part in the epic Battle of Helm’s Deep from The Lord of Rings: The Two Towers, the marksman is posed with bow in hand, about to the strike down any orcs that are foolish enough to come his way. As Prime 1 always does, they’ve made the base of the statue just as dynamic and interesting as the figure atop it. This time it’s an accurate recreation of the Deeping Wall where Legolas makes his stand. Nothing has been left out as plenty of detail has been added here as you can see from the photos.

While The Fellowship of the Ring, the first installment in the LOTR trilogy, will always remain my favorite film of the series, there is no denying that the Helm’s Deep battle scene is one of the best action sequences in film history. Being able to capture a piece of that scene to have on my shelf is definitely something that excites me to no end.

The Prime 1 Studio Premium Masterline The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers – Legolas (Helm’s Deep) 1/4 Scale Statue is available for pre-order now and is slated to release Q1, 2022.

“Prime 1 Studio is proud to present the latest addition to the Premium Masterline Series. The fan favorite, highly anticipated, 1/4 scale Legolas from the epic fantasy adventure film series: The Lord of the Rings.

This stylish, invigorating statue features the Prince of the Woodland Realm, Legolas. Son of Elvenking Thranduil of Mirkwood, and Master Archer. Legolas fights alongside Gimli and others in the Battle of Helms Deep during the War of the Ring, arrows poised against Suruman’s army!

Legolas is captured here during the scaling of the Deeping Wall, locked in an Orc slaying competition with Gimli. Legolas descends the staircase, riding the shield of a fallen Orc, firing off arrows on the way. He would eventually end this descent by kicking the shield up into the chest of an unlucky Orc.

This Lord of the Rings statue features the most film accurate Orlando Bloom likeness of all time. Legolas’ tunic is extremely detailed, his perfectly crafted sculpt cape flying through the air, making this a presence commanding, dynamic masterpiece. The base features a slain Orc and multiple broad-bladed swords scattered from the battlefield. We have brought together the many elements of this iconic scene to bring the best representation of Legolas to your collection.”
