Texas Chainsaw Massacre Returns With Sideshow’s newest 1:6 Scale Leatherface figure

Sideshow Collectibles completes their Sixth Scale Texas Chainsaw Massacre collection with their second iteration of the iconic serial killer, Leatherface. The grotesque butcher gets a new figure, this time wearing the infamous “Killing Mask” portrait that longtime fans no doubt remember fondly. This release is available for preorder now and is sure to give everyone nightmares!

Sideshow’s first Leatherface figure gave collectors the option to display him with either his “Pretty Woman” mask or his “Old Lady” mask. While those are both creepily memorable looks for the maniacal killer, I tend to imagine him with this “Killing Mask” appearance whenever I remember the film. There’s something extremely disturbing about the stitched up visage that truly makes the name “Leatherface” very apt.

Leatherface doesn’t come with much in the way of accessories, though I would argue that this iteration doesn’t really need many. The chainsaw and mallet, combined with the wonderfully tailored and bloodied outfit, will give fans everything that they think of when the character comes to mind.

Some people may take issue with the decision to forego seamless arms, but I’m in support of the revealed elbow joints. Leatherface absolutely needs to be holding his ghastly weapons at the ready in the display, which will demand those elbows to be bent most of the time. Seamless arms may not hold up to that type of stress, so it’s better to be safe than sorry.

The Sideshow Collectibles Texas Chainsaw Massacre – Leatherface (Killing Mask) Sixth Scale Figure is available for preorder now and is slated for release in Q3 – Q4, 2022.

“My family’s always been in meat.”

Sideshow presents the Leatherface (Killing Mask) Sixth Scale Figure, an articulated horror figure that will make a killer addition to any collection.

Inspired by his iconic appearance in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974), the Leatherface (Killing Mask) Sixth Scale Figure features a tailored fabric costume consisting of a collared shirt, black pants, a patterned necktie, and a bloodied yellow butcher’s apron in addition to his sculpted black boots. A padded undersuit fills out the killer cannibal’s intimidating silhouette. Leatherface’s namesake portrait is unsettlingly detailed with sallow coloration on the false skin exterior, wild hair atop the head, and disturbing stitched elements all sculpted to capture his haunting appearance.

The Leatherface (Killing Mask) Sixth Scale Figure includes several accessories and alternate sets of hands for switching up the slaughter in your collection. Bubba Sawyer comes with his signature chainsaw and a mallet, ideal for chasing intruders off the family property, and four pairs of left and right hands — fists, neutral hands, grip hands, and gesture hands — for interacting with his tools of the trade. A charm bracelet accent for the figure’s wrist completes his frightening look.

Get ready to “meat” your match — add the Leatherface (Killing Mask) Sixth Scale Figure to your shelf of horror icons today!
